Eligibility and requirements

Money Maximum term loan of $1 million for purchase and improvement of real property Of the $1 million, a maximum of $500,000 for equipment and leasehold improvements, which includes a maximum of $150,000 for intangible assets and working capital costs Maximum $150,000 line of credit for working capital costs Registration Fee: 2% of the loan (can be rolled into the loan if within maximums permitted) Repayable Maximum term loan floating rate: lender’s prime lending rate + 3% Maximum term loan fixed rate: lender’s single family residential mortgage rate+ 3% Maximum for lines of credit: lender’s prime lending rate + 5%

Your financial institution will decide if you get the loan, the terms of your repayment (including early repayment penalties), when you get the money, and if there will be any additional fees.
