How it works
If your project starts between September 1 and March 31, the deadline for your application is April 30 at 4:00 p.m. (ET). If your project starts between April 1 and August 31, the deadline for your application is October 31 at 4:00 p.m. (ET). When an application deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday, it is extended to the following working day.
