Money Maximum: $10,000 per person for training costs Funding limits Maximum: 50% for employers with more than 100 employees Maximum: 85% for employers with less than 100 employees Use this to Train existing employees to upgrade their skills Train new hires, whether currently employed elsewhere or unemployed Note: Employers and the government share the costs of the training. An approved third-party training provider must deliver the training
