Eligibility and requirements

Options On-the-Job Training Training takes place at your worksite Hire and train an individual for a period of 8 to 16 weeks Get a training contribution for the full duration of the learning plan Build specific skills and prepare participants for long-term employment with your team Paid Work Experience Short-term placement of up to 3 weeks Designed to help Albertans enter the workforce quickly Introduction to real job duties, workplace expectations, and safe work practices An opportunity to assess fit before a longer-term hire

Prospect supports the following process: Pre-screen and assess participants for job readiness Provide ongoing support during the placement Handle administrative tasks and reporting Ensure a smooth onboarding and training experience Note: Communities Served: Airdrie, Strathmore, Cochrane, Crossfield, Chestermere, Springbank, Carseland, Beiseker, and Balzac
