Eligibility and requirements

You Are an Indigenous organization, including: First Nations on or off reserve, Tribal or regional organizations Métis on or off Settlements, Métis representative groups Other Indigenous organizations and employers Your Project Must provide full-time training (minimum 25 hours per week) with a minimum of 3 weeks to a maximum of 52 weeks in duration Should establish a steering committee to oversee the delivery, evaluation, and reporting requirements of the project Should be custom-designed for participant groups eligible under this program Must meet specific industry employment needs Should not duplicate or replace existing programs
