Eligibility and requirements
Money Funding will be based on the minimum amount required to carry out the project. Non-Repayable Contributions to a maximum of $1 million: Eligible for reimbursement up to 50% towards eligible costs Repayable Contributions over $1 million: Eligible for reimbursement up to 75% of eligible costs Terms of repayment will be determined during the development of the contribution agreement Eligibility Incorporated small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and Indigenous businesses (First Nations/Métis/Inuit) that meet the following criteria: Located and operating in Northern Ontario Employ at least 5 full-time staff Have been viable for at least three consecutive years Generate at least 25% of their revenue from markets affected by trade tariffs or be able to demonstrate negative impacts resulting from those tariffs Use this to Boost productivity and reduce costs Build more resilient supply chains Reach new markets
