Eligibility and requirements
Money Maximum: $50 million Funding limits Maximum term of 7 years with a capital repayment moratorium of up to 24 months You Have a legally incorporated for-profit business Have a social economy business Export to the U.S. are subject to any new U.S. tariffs Other criteria: Be registered in Quebec and have been in business there for at least two (2) years Have generated sales of at least $3,000,000 for the last completed fiscal year Have demonstrated profitability for at least one of the last two completed fiscal years, except for companies subject to countervailing and anti-dumping duties on their softwood lumber exports destined for the U.S. market Be from the manufacturing sector or a primary sector Have made a prior request to the Government of Canada if a program is in place to support the liquidity of exporters affected by U.S. tariffs Note: Consult the program website for other eligibility requirements
